Product Development Process of Customized Displays
Product Discovery Assessment
The process begins with gathering detailed technical information, as a clearly defined brief ensures an efficient and streamlined development phase. A structured requirements template guides customers through all relevant aspects — from mechanical dimensions and functionality to environmental conditions.
Initial Concept Sketch
A preliminary drawing is prepared outlining key elements such as overall dimensions, connector types, placement, and mounting points. This concept sketch ensures early alignment on all fundamental specifications before proceeding further.
Final Engineering Design
Based on the approved concept sketch, a detailed quotation is prepared including prototype costs and estimated lead times. The drawing is submitted together with the offer for review. After approval, final technical drawings are created and shared once more to allow final adjustments prior to production.
Component Procurement & Inspection
All required components are ordered following design approval. Each part undergoes individual inspection upon arrival to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance with relevant certifications before assembly begins.
Prototype Assembly
The prototype is assembled by experienced engineers, with the entire process carefully documented. It undergoes comprehensive quality inspection, including electrical, mechanical, and visual checks. Photos and the product manual are provided for customer review.
Quality Control
Our quality control process ensures that all components undergo thorough inspection before assembly. This includes verifying parts against the assembly guide and training production line staff to maintain consistent standards throughout manufacturing.
Customer Testing & Feedback
After delivery, customer-side testing begins. If new requirements or adjustments arise, the design is revised and the necessary steps are repeated to ensure optimal performance.
Production
Once the prototype is approved, mass production starts. The development team supports the production line to ensure every unit maintains the same quality and performance standards as the validated sample.
Support
Our development team provides continuous support for any product-related questions or requests. We assist with required modifications, certification compliance, and provide technical information whenever needed.
