New Product Manager – Budapest

Our Eurocoin Components division is headquartered in Haar near Munich and operates throughout Europe.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to add the “New Product Manager” position, taking responsibility for the progression of new product deployments. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to roll out New products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements, identify and fill product gaps by identifying suitable products from our supply chain.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements
- Scope and prioritise activities from concept to launch
- Work closely with line managers to deliver a quick time-to-market
- Drive new product developments by working with our Line Managers, Sales, Support and Marketing teams.
- Support Marketing with promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build internal awareness and understanding of the product’s market positioning and critical sales points.
- Consult customers to solicit feedback on company products
Requirements and skills
- Experience in product/project management
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations
- Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in B2B component sales
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Eurocoin Components is actively looking for a (Junior) Technical Sales Manager to join our growing and successful European sales network. This is an opportunity for someone to join an industry leader at an exciting time as we continue to develop our technical sales offering in an ever evolving and changing marketplace.
As a (Junior) Technical Sales Manager, you will actively acquire new customers together with our sales team, expand cooperation with existing customers and generate new, interesting projects through intensive customer contacts. You will follow a 1-year personal development plan covering key sales/negotiation tactics and receive technical product training. Our ideal candidate would like to start a career in customer-facing technical sales with a keen interest in electronic components. You will have a strong drive with an ambition for personal development and success.
Your tasks
- Continuous development of personal skills through our sales training program.

- Identify target customers and expand business relationships
