1973
Eurocoin was founded by the Veitch family in 1973. The business began in the UK but has always focused on the supply of components, spare parts & service across the whole of Europe.
1986
Eurocoin established its International Sales Division in London, enabling the supply of technical components and support services across Europe. This marked the beginning of Eurocoin’s expansion into international markets.
1995
Eurocoin launched its first overseas operation in Budapest, Hungary. This strategic move placed the company at the centre of Central Europe, where it continues to serve customers with dedicated local support.
2002
As trusted specialists in coin and note validation systems, Eurocoin played a critical role in supporting amusement, gaming, vending, and kiosk operators through the introduction of the euro currency, ensuring the seamless upgrade of payment technologies across most of Europe.
2009
To support growing demand in Central and Eastern Europe, Eurocoin opened new partner Sales & Service offices in Poland, Romania, and Serbia, strengthening its regional reach and customer service.
2016
Eurocoin SL was established in La Coruña, Spain, under the leadership of industry expert Fernando Dumont. The new office enhanced our presence across Southern Europe with local knowledge and support.
2018
Eurocoin acquired specialist components company in Germany and relocated its headquarters to Munich, reinforcing our position in the heart of Europe’s tech and business landscape.
2023
Eurocoin celebrated its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of excellence in supplying components, service, and support across Europe. This milestone reflects our long-standing commitment to innovation and customer success.
2025
As part of continued growth, Eurocoin restructured its operations into specialized divisions: Display & Touch, Print & Scan, Service & Repair, Sales & Distribution, and a Digital Systems division—streamlining expertise across all business areas.
